the clock reads 4.25am now and i jus couldnt sleep! blame it on the afternoon nap. grrrr. sighs. since i'm still feeling energetic now, i'll jus continue with the updates.
TUESDAY
wooohoo, it's class bbq gathering day! i was appointed to be the organiser cos nobody wants to do it... HAHA. nevertheless, it turned out well with help of my girls and some guys. (: 'well' as in, there are more than enough food, everyone turned up and the breezy weather (it rained in the afternoon)! oh well, each person paid 10bucks, our spendings exceeded the budget a bit.. around $10-$15bucks? had a great time chit chatting and cam-whoring, although i didn't manage to rollerblade as planned since... friday. haha. nevermind, i'll get a chance to blade again next monday!
after collecting the bbq stuff at van's house, we headed down to ecp... we were like 1-2hrs behind time? then van, jj, angeline and me went bbq wholesale centre to get satay(s) once we had reached bedok. i was kinda worried initially cos usually food like satays have to order at least 3 days beforehand... tell me, what's a bbq without satays?...BANSAI! :D
at ECP...
as usual, guys will start up fire... and us? cam-whore or prepare things lo! as you can see, the girls had to handle the disgusting sotongs. the stench was so overpowering it made us gag the moment we open the plastic bag. haha.
jj started the sotong-cutting ball rolling, i took over soon after.
TO MY HORROR while cutting the third sotong, here's what WE SAW! A DEAD FISH IN THE SOTONG! no wonder that part was so hard and took more effort to cut!
GROSS! *screamssssssss and run wildy* yeah, girls.

2kg of sotong is alot leh... squad until leg pain. then huishan, beeyun and me walked some distance to a restuarant's kitchen and pleaded the uncles to rinse it for us as we're not allowed to enter. the indian guy was nice, he washed the sotongs thoroughly!
we packed the sotongs, stingrays with sambal chilli in aluminium foil. CAM-WHORE AT THE BEACH!angeline is the photographer! she commanded us to walk in a single file as she takes 'artistic' photos of it. haha..

then it was time for gamess!!! totally cool! soldiers game, guessing game (super hilarious, check out angeline's blog for videos) and a.e.i.o.u! hahaha... it's so funny to see the frozen yet exaggerated expressions of the players!!
and crazy james was screeching at the top of his voice. and i mean screeeeeeeEEEEECHING. i doubt none of the girls could beat him!last but not least, to wrap up the day....FREAKYYYY!!!

caught pirates of the caribbean 3 with van, weesoon and weizhong. i thought i'd never watch it since i missed part 1 and 2. some say this movie is nt up to expectation, but i find it not bad. oh whatever. that's not the point. THE POINT IS...
I'M SO SO SO SO MESMERISED BY ORLANDO BLOOM!
